• A booking request constitutes an offer to purchase tickets; the contract is formed only when a booking confirmation is issued.
• Bookings may be placed for self or for a group; the purchaser confirms authority to bind all attendees to these Terms.

Eligibility

• Purchasers must be legally capable of entering into contracts and use accurate account and contact information.
• Events may have age restrictions; valid ID may be required at entry.

Pricing and Fees

• Ticket prices are displayed at checkout and may include booking, convenience, or gateway fees; pricing errors may be corrected with cancellation and full refund.
• Taxes applicable by law are added where required; all amounts are payable in the displayed currency.

Payment and Security

• Payments are processed via approved gateways; the purchaser authorizes the selected method for the full amount.
• Fraud checks and limits may apply; suspicious orders may be declined or canceled.

Tickets and Entry

• E‑tickets/QR codes are delivered to the registered email or account; the purchaser is responsible for secure storage and presentation at entry.
• Venue security may conduct searches and deny admission for reasonable cause, including safety concerns or policy breaches.
• Tickets are generally non‑transferable and must not be resold above face value or used for promotions without permission.

Changes, Postponement, Cancellation

• Programs, artists, dates, seating, and venue are subject to change by the organizer; reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees.
• If an event is canceled, the refund process follows the Refund Policy; for reschedules, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Refunds

• All confirmed bookings are non‑refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy or where required by law.
• Gateway/booking fees are typically non‑refundable unless mandated or covered by the organizer.

Attendee Conduct and Safety

• Follow all venue instructions and lawful directions; intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal without refund.
• Prohibited items and security policies apply; entry is subject to search and compliance with event and venue rules.

Acceptable Use of Site

• No scraping, automated purchasing bots, or activities that impair the platform; attempts to tamper with pricing or availability may result in account suspension.
• Accounts must be kept secure; all activity under an account is deemed authorized by the account holder.

Intellectual Property and Media

• All site content, branding, and artworks are owned or licensed by CSN Dandiyas and may not be used without written permission.
• Events may be photographed or recorded; by attending, attendees grant a limited, royalty‑free license to use appearance in event coverage unless opting out where such option is expressly offered.

Warranties and Liability

• Services are provided on an “as is” basis; to the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are disclaimed.
• Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Force Majeure

CSN Dandiyas and the organizer are not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, acts of God, strikes, governmental orders, or utility failures; where feasible, rescheduling or refunds will follow the Refund Policy.

Anti‑Fraud and Resale

• Unauthorised resale, duplication, or counterfeiting of tickets is prohibited and may result in denial of entry and account action.
• CSN Dandiyas may cancel suspicious orders and issue refunds as appropriate per policies.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy linked on the site; by purchasing tickets, consent to such processing is provided where required.

Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the organizer’s jurisdiction as displayed on the website or receipt.
• Disputes should first be raised with support; if unresolved, they may be escalated to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution where available.
