This policy describes when refunds are available for CSN Dandiyas ticket purchases, timelines for processing, and organizer or gateway responsibilities. It is designed for clarity and to set expectations aligned with common event-ticket practices.

No Refunds for Confirmed Bookings
- All passes booked through CSN Dandiyas are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once confirmed.
- Refunds cannot be claimed for change of plans, personal emergencies, delays, or missed attendance.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket price will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- If an event is rescheduled, the same pass remains valid for the new date; if attendance is not possible, a refund may be requested subject to organizer approval.
Organizer Responsibility
- CSN Dandiyas is a ticketing platform; decisions on cancellations, postponements, and venue entry are made by the event organizer.
- Refunds due to program changes or artist line‑up alterations are at the organizer’s discretion unless the event is canceled in full.
Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway/service charges, booking fees, and convenience fees are non‑refundable, including in cases of event cancellation unless the organizer explicitly covers such fees.
Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation, subject to the customer’s bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used at checkout.
No Refund Situations
- No‑shows or late arrivals after gate cut‑off times.
- Denial of entry due to breaching venue rules, security policies, or carrying prohibited items.
- Attendee device/network issues during online booking or at entry where QR validation is required.
How to Request a Refund (when eligible)
- Submit the order ID, ticket email/phone, and reason to support within the applicable window; platform will coordinate with the organizer.
- Approved refunds exclude non‑refundable gateway/booking fees unless otherwise stated by the organizer in writing.
